Contacts
Keep track of important contacts for your ranch operation. Store information for veterinarians, suppliers, buyers, and other key people.
Adding a Contact
- Navigate to the Contacts section from the sidebar
- Click the Add Contact button
- Enter the contact's information:
- Name
- Type (Veterinarian, Supplier, Buyer, etc.)
- Phone number
- Email address
- Address (optional)
- Add any notes about this contact
- Click Save
Contact Types
Organize your contacts by type for easy filtering:
- Veterinarian: Your vet clinic and individual vets
- Supplier: Feed stores, equipment dealers, etc.
- Buyer: Auction houses, individual buyers, processors
- Contractor: Fencing crews, hoof trimmers, etc.
- Other: Any other important contacts
Linking Contacts
Contacts can be linked to records throughout FarmFlo:
- Link a vet to medical events and treatments
- Associate suppliers with equipment purchases
- Connect buyers to sold animals
- View all activity related to a contact in one place
Quick Actions
From any contact, you can quickly:
- Call them directly (on mobile)
- Send an email
- View directions to their address
- See all linked records
