Quick Start

Step 1: Create Your Account

Sign up for a free FarmFlo account to get started. You'll need to provide basic information about yourself and your ranch.

1. Click "Get Started" or visit the registration page
2. Enter your email address and create a password
3. Provide your ranch name and basic details
4. Verify your email address

Step 2: Set Up Your First Pasture

Pastures are the foundation of your ranch organization. Create at least one pasture to start tracking where your animals are located.

1. Navigate to the Pastures section
2. Click "Add Pasture"
3. Enter the pasture name and optional details
4. Save your pasture

Step 3: Create a Herd

Herds help you group animals together for easier management. A herd can be assigned to a pasture.

1. Go to the Herds section
2. Click "Add Herd"
3. Name your herd and assign it to a pasture
4. Save your herd

Step 4: Add Your First Animal

Now you're ready to start tracking individual animals.

1. Navigate to the Animals section
2. Click "Add Animal"
3. Enter the animal's details (name, tag number, breed, etc.)
4. Assign the animal to a herd
5. Add a photo (optional but recommended)
6. Save the animal
