Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using FarmFlo ("the Service"), operated by FarmFlo ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FarmFlo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FarmFlo is a ranch management application that helps you track livestock, equipment, tasks, and other ranch operations. The Service includes web and mobile interfaces, offline functionality, and related features.

3. User Accounts

To use FarmFlo, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our permission
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Share your account credentials with others

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into FarmFlo. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service to you. You can export or delete your data at any time through your account settings.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

FarmFlo is a tool to help you manage and record information about your ranch operations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data entered into or generated by the Service.

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of data you enter
  • Verifying any calculations or reports
  • Making independent decisions about animal health, treatments, and ranch operations
  • Consulting qualified professionals (veterinarians, etc.)

FarmFlo is not a substitute for professional veterinary, agricultural, or legal advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding your data), is owned by FarmFlo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FARMFLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Loss of livestock or agricultural products
  • Business interruption
  • Costs of substitute services

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FarmFlo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.

Any legal action must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before terminating your account.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FarmFlo regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
