Team Management

FarmFlo makes it easy to collaborate with your team. Invite family members, employees, or contractors to help manage your ranch.

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Settings from the sidebar
  2. Click the Team tab
  3. Click Invite Member
  4. Enter their email address
  5. Select their role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer)
  6. Click Send Invite

They'll receive an email with a link to join your ranch. Once they accept, they'll appear in your team list.

Team Roles

FarmFlo has three roles with different permission levels:

  • Admin: Full access to everything, including billing, team management, and ranch settings
  • Editor: Can view, create, edit, and delete animals, tasks, equipment, and notes
  • Viewer: Read-only access to view animals, tasks, and reports but cannot make changes

Managing Team Members

From the Team settings, you can:

  • View all current team members and their roles
  • Change a member's role
  • Remove team members from your ranch
  • Resend invitation emails
  • Cancel pending invitations

Best Practices

  • Use the Viewer role for contractors or temporary help
  • Give Admin access only to trusted family members or managers
  • Review your team list periodically and remove inactive members
  • Each team member should use their own email for accountability
