Reports
FarmFlo provides reports to help you understand your operation at a glance. Track animal counts, monitor health trends, and make informed decisions.
Accessing Reports
- Click Reports in the sidebar
- Select the report type you want to view
- Adjust date ranges and filters as needed
- View the report or export it
Available Reports
- Species Summary: Overview of animals by species with counts and status breakdown
- Herd Report: Animal distribution across herds and pastures
- Health Summary: Recent treatments, vaccinations, and medical events
- Task Report: Task completion rates and pending items by assignee
- Equipment Status: Equipment condition and upcoming maintenance
Filtering Reports
Most reports support filtering to narrow down the data:
- Select a custom date range
- Filter by species, herd, or pasture
- Filter by animal status (active, sold, deceased)
- Filter by task assignee or status
Exporting Reports
Reports can be exported for record-keeping or sharing:
- Click the Export button on any report
- Choose your format (PDF or CSV)
- Download the file to your device
- Share with your accountant, vet, or business partners
